Free shipping on all orders If you are in the United States or Canada, the time it takes for you to receive the goods is divided into processing time and shipping time.

Note: 1. Out-of-stock items will be replenished and shipped immediately after arriving at our warehouse. For large items, if the package size exceeds 39 inches (100cm), we will use sea shipping and the shipping time will be 35-45 days. Hope you can understand.

Do I need to pay tax?

RETURN / REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
All items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and all tags.
Damaged or received the wrong item(Please check your order when you receive it, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible, and we will send you the correct product or refund)
Items do not match the ordered size or exhibit non-human-caused quality issues.

For returns, please email us in advance at support@tuflighting.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and details for shipping the package. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, preferably accompanied by photos or videos as evidence for refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@tuflighting.com within 30 days of receiving your package (as indicated by the delivery date on the tracking information).
