Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you’ve purchased, please refer to the return and exchange policy below.

Generally, there are two reasons for returns:

  1. If there is a product quality issue or damage during shipping, we will provide free return or exchange services.
  2. If the customer simply does not like our lamp, the customer will need to cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

We are confident that you’ll love your order from Tuflighting.com upon receipt, but if for any reason you don’t, please leave us a message via our "Contact Us" page or reply to the shipping update email, and we’ll assist you.

Refund and Return Policy

Items shipped from Tuflighting.com (including TUFLighting warehouses) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs, which vary based on the courier service you choose. Consumer reasons include:

  1. The customer personally feels the product does not meet expectations.
  2. The customer personally feels the size is too small or too large.
  3. The customer personally feels the color does not match expectations.
  4. The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed their mind or no longer needs it).
  5. The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity.
  6. The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the features or specifications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Support@Tuflighting.com. If you need a full return address, our professional support team is ready to assist. Simply reach out, and they’ll provide detailed return address information specific to your location for a smooth process.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We ask all customers to contact us before initiating a return. This allows us to discuss a tailored return plan for your situation. We aim to keep you fully informed for a seamless and efficient experience.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if we’ve fulfilled our shipping obligations, but a refund is possible if the package hasn’t shipped.

Conditions for Partial/Full Refunds and Replacements

  • Any item not in its original condition, meaning damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Any item that differs from its description.
  • Any item returned to the sender without being delivered.
  • Any item not delivered within 90 days.

All the above qualify for partial or full refunds and replacements.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of confirmation. After this period, we cannot offer a refund. (If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still cancel it—contact us if you haven’t received shipping confirmation.)

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery (per the tracking number), we cannot offer a refund or exchange. You must contact us within this timeframe to qualify.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

Refund and Return Process

Step 2: Submit an inquiry to Support@Tuflighting.com with your return reason. For quality issues, attach photos to expedite the process.

Step 3: We’ll determine your refund amount based on the return reason and items in your order.

Step 4: We’ll provide a return address and shipping instructions. Failure to follow these may prevent a refund.

Step 5: You’ll need to ship the item at your expense. Once we confirm shipment, we’ll issue your refund.

Step 6: After shipping, contact us with the shipping receipt or tracking number.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, credited to your original payment method.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Unless there’s a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility. Returns may incur necessary handling fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged during shipping or incorrect, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must meet return conditions, with the customer covering related shipping costs.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Despite the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation required. The item must remain unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Refund posting times vary by bank, typically 7-14 business days.

For precise details, contact your bank or credit card issuer. They can check refund status and estimate arrival time.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—posting may take time.
  • Contact your bank—processing delays are common.

We are responsible for delivering goods that meet your consumer rights. If you feel we’ve failed our legal obligations, please contact us.
