Q: How to cancel an order?
A: You can cancel the order. You can contact us to help you cancel the order. But you need to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Otherwise, we cannot help you cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Q: What preparations need to be made when purchasing lamps?
A: First, you have to budget for yourself. Second, look for images from magazines or design websites that fit your needs. Third, collect fabric samples or color cards produced for redecoration.
Q: How do I know which power supply to use?
Answer: First determine the application environment (dry indoors, humid indoors, outdoor). All power supplies can be used in every application. Next, calculate the total wattage of the light strip you will be using, multiply the total feet by W/ft to calculate the wattage. Finally, choose a power supply that is equal to or greater than the total wattage of the light strip. US conventional voltage: 110~120V. European conventional voltage: 120~240V. We can also customize for drought needs.
Q: What is the best way to install a new light on a chandelier?
A: Every product we sell comes with installation instructions. If you find the installation complex, we will usually contact certain contractors or electricians.
Q: Do your products have UL certification?
Answer: The electrical part of our products carries UL certification
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Product Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on our products (excluding bulbs).
