    Most orders are received in 4-6 weeks from order to delivery.

    United States and Canada

    FREE shipping for any order.

    Shipping with UPS, door to door delivery, no import duties to pay.

    Orders from Canada are typically received 28-40 days after the order date, while orders from the United States are typically received 20-30 days after the order date.

    Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

    Returns and Refunds

    We hope you love your purchase from TUFLighting! If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
